About The Position

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven organization. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being. This PRN role is for night shifts, with a starting pay range of $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.

• Prior long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
