About The Position
Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab is hiring an LPN Charge Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered clinical care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and supervises and supports CNAs in delivering quality care. The position is PRN and pays $28.49 to $31.40, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
