About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring an RN or LPN for a full-time night-shift position at Woodside Village Care Center, a 75-bed facility in Mount Gilead, Ohio. The role provides direct, individualized resident care in a supportive, employee-owned community focused on compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Nurses have the time and resources to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering quality care.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Ability to administer medications.
• IV certification.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
