TRU Waco South - Night Auditor
About The Position
Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor at TRU Waco South to support guests and hotel operations during the overnight shift, 11 PM–7 AM. The role welcomes guests, handles check-ins and reservations, answers questions, completes the night audit and financial transactions, conducts security walks, and prepares daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report. The Night Auditor works with other departments to maintain smooth operations and high-quality service. The property describes its culture as team-oriented, collaborative, and focused on improving guest experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests during the overnight shift and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Complete the night audit, balance the books, and finalize transactions.
- Conduct regular security walks to help maintain property safety.
- Prepare daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations and quality service.
- Solve problems independently using relevant computer applications.
