SpringHill Suites Waco - Night Auditor
About The Position
The Night Auditor works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM at SpringHill Suites Waco. This role welcomes guests, handles check-ins and reservations, answers late-night questions, completes the night audit, balances financial records and transactions, conducts security walks, prepares daily reports including the Daily Flash Report, and coordinates with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and guest service. The position requires proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents, along with the ability to solve problems independently. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in a hotel or related field are required. College coursework is beneficial, and supervisory experience is a plus. Full-time hires become eligible for the stated benefits after an initial waiting period.
