About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly. This role involves registering and processing guests upon arrival and departure, demonstrating telephone courtesy and professionalism, and attentively listening to guests to anticipate their needs. The Night Auditor will maintain a clean and professional appearance of public areas and the hotel office, use appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy, and complete daily management operations reports. Ensuring all guest accounts are complete and accurate is crucial, as is demonstrating a working knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and the local area. Compliance with the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies, as well as assisting in upholding safety procedures for guests and hotel team members, are key responsibilities. The role also involves assisting team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency, delivering amenities and general assistance to guests, and performing additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
