About The Position

The Night Auditor works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Neville Island. The role combines guest services, accounting and night-audit duties, property security, reporting, and coordination with other departments. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.
• College coursework is beneficial.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet overnight guests and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
• Perform the night audit, balance books, and finalize transactions.
• Conduct regular security walks to help keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations and quality service.
• Use problem-solving skills to address issues independently.
