About The Position

Marriott Nashville Airport is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to perform overnight front desk and accounting duties. The role supports guest service and hotel operations by auditing the daily guest ledger, completing end-of-day accounting, assisting guests, and preparing the Front Desk for the morning shift. The position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in an Accounting or Night Auditor role.
Knowledge of PMS.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Basic accounting and math skills.

Responsibilities

Audit the daily guest ledger.
Handle end-of-day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax.
Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
Average the sum of revenues across accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments.
Act as a front desk clerk by checking guests in and out, booking reservations, and resolving guest issues.
Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash-handling procedures.
Organize the Front Desk area so A.M. Front Desk staff can prepare for their shift.
Monitor the hotel security camera system.
Ensure the lobby is well-maintained, properly lit, and has music at the proper volume.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
