About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented General Manager for the Marriott Nashville Airport. The role manages hotel operations, financial performance, staff, guest concerns, events, and property assets while ensuring the property meets brand service and operating standards. The General Manager is expected to support a safe and secure environment, comply with applicable regulations, and perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives. Responsibilities

Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditures.
Maintain statistical and financial records.
Set and achieve sales and profit targets.
Recruit, train, and monitor staff.
Plan work schedules for individuals and teams.
Respond appropriately to and resolve guest concerns.
Address problems and troubleshoot.
Ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
Preserve hotel assets, including supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings.
Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
Conduct appropriate property inspections as identified by the organization and brand.
Ensure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and standards.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety requirements, and other statutory regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
