About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor for the Marriott Nashville Airport. The role supports the hotel's overnight operations by auditing the daily guest ledger, completing end-of-day accounting functions, and ensuring guest folios and revenues are accurate. The Night Auditor also performs front desk duties, supports guest needs, prepares the desk for the morning team, monitors hotel security cameras, and helps maintain the lobby. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in accounting or as a Night Auditor.
Knowledge of a property management system (PMS).
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Basic accounting and math skills.

Responsibilities

Audit the daily guest ledger.
Handle end-of-day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax.
Ensure all charges to guest folios are accurate.
Calculate total revenues across accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments.
Act as a front desk clerk by checking guests in and out, booking reservations, and resolving guest issues.
Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash-handling procedures.
Organize the Front Desk area so the morning staff can prepare for their shift.
Monitor the hotel security camera system.
Ensure the lobby is well-maintained and properly lit, with music at the proper volume.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
