About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor for Graduate by Hilton Annapolis. The role combines overnight front desk service with end-of-day accounting and hotel operations. The Night Auditor audits the daily guest ledger, completes accounting functions, verifies guest folio charges, handles guest check-ins and check-outs, books reservations, resolves guest issues, and helps prepare the Front Desk area for the morning staff. The position also involves cash handling, monitoring the hotel security camera system, and maintaining the lobby. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in an Accounting or Night Auditor role.
Knowledge of PMS.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Team player.
Ability to exceed guests' expectations.
Basic accounting and math skills.

Responsibilities

Audit the daily guest ledger.
Handle end-of-day accounting functions, including posting daily room rates and room tax.
Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
Average the sum of revenues of accounts receivable from food, room, and other departments.
Act as front desk clerk by checking guests in and out, booking reservations, and resolving guest issues.
Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures.
Organize the Front Desk area so the A.M. Front Desk staff can prepare for their shift.
Monitor the hotel security camera system.
Ensure the lobby is well-maintained, properly lit, and has music at the proper volume.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
