About The Position
Coury Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for AC Hotels by Marriott Moffett Park in Sunnyvale, California. The hotel has 350 rooms, culinary venues, and social spaces, and is part of the AC Hotel brand. The Night Auditor serves as the overnight ambassador, helping provide a smooth, secure, and welcoming experience for guests while supporting the hotel’s daily operations and service standards.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
- Clear and confident communication in person and over the phone.
- Comfort with technology and hotel systems.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a calm demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a quiet, focused overnight environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience.
- Experience with Opera or similar hotel systems.
Responsibilities
- Welcome late-arriving guests warmly and professionally.
- Perform end-of-day financial audits and reconcile daily transactions.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and reporting.
- Monitor property security and respond to guest needs overnight.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadership.
- Assist with overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to prepare the property for the next day.
- Uphold the TETRA brand and service standards.
