About The Position

The Guest Experience Night Auditor supports the Guest Experience team in creating authentic, memorable experiences that distinguish EAST Miami from other hotels. The role focuses on prioritizing guests throughout their stay, welcoming and assisting them, and handling overnight front-desk and night-audit duties. It is suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, making a positive impression, and thinking creatively.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience at a comparable quality property.
Able to work weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and people-oriented.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with HMS, HotSOS, or REX systems.
Knowledge of the local area, roadways, and services.
Ability to speak more than one language.

Responsibilities

Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
Greet guests promptly with a friendly and sincere welcome.
Listen to and understand guest requests, respond appropriately, and provide accurate information, including outlet hours and local attractions.
Run and review daily reports and logs.
Perform night-audit duties, including consolidating credit-card and cash transactions, actioning the credit-limit report, settling hotel house accounts, auditing restaurant and bar receipts, reviewing and settling open folios, and checking the adjustment report for proper adjustments.
Handle guest complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
