About The Position

Knollwood is a 170-year-old historic home in Knoxville’s Bearden Hill. Following a recent renovation, the property is being made available to private groups for small- to medium-sized events, including study groups, professional board meetings, and community gatherings. The Guest Experience Curator serves as the face of the property and ensures guests and organizers receive excellent hospitality. The role oversees guest hosting, event planning and execution, property presentation, and the booking process. It also builds and oversees a small part-time team to cover evening and weekend events as needed; the curator is not required to attend every event. The position is based in Knoxville, with regular onsite presence expected alongside remote management through established systems and a part-time helper team. Workload is expected to average 15–30 hours per week and may vary with the event calendar.
