About The Position
Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight financial accounting and guest services. The role conducts end-of-day audits, maintains accurate financial records, and helps ensure a smooth transition between business days. It also supports guests with overnight check-in and check-out, inquiries, and reservations, while monitoring security and safety systems and reporting incidents. The starting pay rate is $26.00 per hour; individual compensation decisions may consider experience and education.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role.
- Background check required.

- Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-of-day financial audits, reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Facilitate overnight guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy in room charges, payments, and guest information.
- Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant information for management review.
- Assist guests overnight by addressing inquiries, handling reservations, and supporting late-night arrivals and early departures.
- Monitor security and safety systems, address overnight issues or concerns, and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
