About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and supporting overnight front desk operations. The role conducts end-of-day audits, keeps financial records accurate, and helps ensure a smooth transition between business days. It also supports guests during overnight hours and monitors security and safety systems. The starting pay rate is $26.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-of-day financial audits, reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Facilitate overnight check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy in room charges, payments, and guest information.
• Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant information for management review.
• Assist overnight guests by addressing inquiries, handling reservations, and supporting late-night arrivals and early departures.
• Monitor security and safety systems, address overnight issues or concerns, and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
