About The Position

The Night Auditor works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM at the Holiday Inn Express Lancaster. This role welcomes guests, handles check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries, and completes the night audit by balancing accounts and finalizing transactions. The Night Auditor also conducts security walks, prepares daily reports and the Daily Flash Report, and coordinates with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and strong guest service. The role requires comfort with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents, along with the ability to solve problems independently.

A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in a hotel or related field are required. College coursework is beneficial, and supervisory experience is a plus. Full-time hires become eligible for the listed benefits after an initial waiting period.
