About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining hotel security during nighttime hours. The role is based at the AC Hotel at 125 Front St, Worcester, MA, and works from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• High school education or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Yardi experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily financial transactions and prepare nightly audit reports.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and respond to guest inquiries or requests from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
• Audit, balance, post, and report front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit transactions.
