About The Position

The Night Auditor at Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley oversees overnight financial audits and reconciliations while delivering memorable guest experiences and demonstrating Hilton’s hospitality values. The role audits and balances daily financial activity across hotel outlets, verifies payment accuracy, investigates discrepancies, and supports hotel management with financial processes and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets.
• Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial reports and takings.
• Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use.
• Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations.
