About The Position

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Clara Silicon Valley is seeking a part-time Dishwasher. The role helps keep the kitchen and dining areas clean while supporting memorable guest experiences through hospitality. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well with a team, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior hotel dishwashing or stewarding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including mopping and removing trash.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
