About The Position

The Night Auditor oversees overnight financial audits and reconciliations while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role audits and reconciles daily hotel financial activity, verifies payment accuracy, investigates discrepancies, supports Night Managers with financial processes and system use, and assists with emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets.
• Ensure credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial reports and takings.
• Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use.
• Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations.
