About The Position
The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton in King of Prussia, is seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join its Front Office Team. The role is based at the hotel front desk, a central point of interaction with guests, and focuses on providing proactive, responsive, caring, and professional service. The position requires overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and reliable transportation. The hourly rate is $20.00. Responsibilities
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, and ensure they are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow required cash-handling procedures.
- Handle guest mail and messages respectfully and professionally, maintaining privacy.
- Stay knowledgeable about the hotel brand and its programs, including travel programs and special offers.
- Communicate guest comments and concerns to other departments and management.
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members who need front desk assistance.
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
