About The Position

The Outlets Supervisor supports daily operations at a hotel dining outlet and helps deliver memorable guest experiences. The role oversees and participates in outlet operations, maintains guest service and product quality standards, and ensures compliance with operational procedures. The supervisor monitors guest satisfaction, addresses service issues, guides team members during shifts, assists with scheduling, and supports food and beverage revenue through marketing initiatives and upselling. The position also helps maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily outlet operations, ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to the dining experience.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and upselling techniques to promote food and beverage sales and maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
