About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for handling all inquiries via phone or email, collaborating with other departments to ensure guests and students have the best possible Kripalu experience. This role also supports the call center and front desk by answering guest and student inquiries about online and onsite programming and various amenities. Additionally, the Night Auditor is responsible for preparing and performing all end-of-day procedures in the Guest Service Department, which facilitates all aspects of a guest's experience, including pre-arrival, during their stay, and post-stay. Kripalu Center is the largest yoga and wellness retreat center in the US, a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to helping individuals and communities realize their full potential through the transformative wisdom and practice of Yoga. Rooted in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness, Kripalu creates pathways for personal and collective transformation through experiential learning. The campus is located in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts and offers a wide range of experiences for guests, from day passes to multi-day programs, including signature programming and training developed by Kripalu, online programs, multi-day group events, and programming delivered by visiting talent. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow Nightly Audit procedures
  • Balance all revenue sources and complete daily financial reports
  • Perform closing and opening daily system functions
  • Adhere to all Front Desk Policies and Procedures
  • Provide Front Desk services during the nighttime hours
  • Answer guests’ questions about the organizations and different offerings
  • Assist guests onsite with any questions or bookings for future services
  • Handle all inquiries by phone or email
  • Work with other departments to ensure the guest/student receives the best possible Kripalu experience
  • Support the call center and the front desk
  • Answer all guest/students' inquiries about online and onsite programming and various amenities
  • Prepare and perform all the end of day procedures in the Guest Service Department
