About The Position

Are you a night owl with a knack for numbers and a passion for hospitality? DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth and secure guest experience during the night shift while performing essential end-of-day financial audits and reports. You’ll be the go-to person for late-night arrivals, early departures, and any guest needs that arise after hours.

Requirements

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Excel.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and transactions.
Reconcile and balance daily financial activity and prepare reports for management.
Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries.
Monitor the property for safety and security during overnight hours.
Resolve guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and care.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.
