About The Position

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets, including the restaurant, events, and lounge.
• Handle the phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Prepare folios for departing guests.
• Maintain the lobby’s appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
