About The Position

The Night Audit Agent performs front desk and accounting duties during overnight hours to support the smooth operation of The Cottonwood hotel. The role includes assisting guests, processing payments, verifying guest accounts, resolving discrepancies, and helping maintain hotel safety and security. The agent provides welcoming, high-quality customer service, works with other departments to meet guest needs, and stays informed about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Requirements

Prior cash handling experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Perform front desk duties, including guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
