About The Position

Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Night Audit Agent. The position provides superior customer service and supports guests at the front desk, including greeting and directing guests, answering calls, and responding to complaints, service issues, questions, and concerns. The role is scheduled from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays; hours may vary slightly based on hotel occupancy and department needs. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and accurate check-in and check-out service for room guests.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, provide accurate and current information, and direct calls promptly and correctly.
• Maintain competent knowledge of the property, local attractions, and current activities.
• Promote friendly, courteous, and superior customer service.
• Take room reservations and cancellations efficiently and courteously while capturing all pertinent information.
• Handle a high volume of cash, credit, and sales transactions.
• Keep the front desk area and personal station neat, tidy, and clean.
• Monitor guest safety and service issues to help provide a safe, customer-oriented environment.
• Assist with and monitor room availability, maintenance, and housekeeping issues, and communicate them to housekeeping promptly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
