About The Position
Dream Finders Homes is seeking entrepreneurial, disciplined, and success-oriented Sales Consultants who are interested in a commission-based environment. The role generates leads and welcomes potential buyers to the community, partners with buyers throughout the home-buying process, showcases home models and community features, and supports buyers through contract and closing. Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Valid auto insurance coverage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.

- College degree.
- Interest in a commission-based environment and the potential to earn a six-figure income.
