About The Position

We're building a team of top-performing sales professionals in Roebuck, South Carolina who have a strong work ethic, great attitude, and a desire to learn. This position requires working onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. The role includes weekend hours, as our model homes are open daily. You will become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition. Responsibilities include proactively generating leads and creating new sales opportunities, leading buyers through the entire homebuying journey from initial interaction through contract and closing, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License
• Coachable, accountable, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed
• Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Willing to consistently follow a proven sales process
• Pleasantly persistent in creating opportunities and building lasting relationships
• Availability to work on-site during the weekends is required.
