About The Position

Valley Health System is recruiting BSN graduates who graduated in 2026 for its Spring 2027 New Graduate RN Residency Program, which begins in March 2027. Applicants must be new graduate RNs with no prior RN/LPN work experience or less than six months of LPN/RN experience. The program offers resident placements across a range of inpatient and emergency-care areas. Applicants must identify their top two areas of preference in a cover letter and include their current GPA on their resume. Applications missing either item will not be considered. For Women's and Children Services, applicants must choose one specific area: Post Partum or NICU. All resident positions are for night shift. Residents begin orientation on day shift and transition to night shift at some point within the first six months. A current American Heart Association BLS for the healthcare provider certification is required upon entering the program and must remain valid for at least three months after the program start date. Candidates must obtain a New Jersey Registered Nurse License at least two weeks before the residency start date; a license number alone is not sufficient. Related clinical work experience is a plus. Applications are due by 12:00 PM Friday, November 13, 2026. The job location is The Valley Hospital-Paramus.
