New Grad Veterinarian

Sploot Veterinary Care•Denver, CO
•Onsite

About The Position

Sploot is hiring new graduate veterinarians in Denver, welcoming 2026 and 2027 graduates. The role combines urgent care and general practice with a structured, one-on-one Coaching And Mentorship Program (CAMP) designed to build clinical skills, confidence, and efficiency before independent practice. New graduates work alongside experienced doctors and a fully staffed nursing team, with opportunities to learn across multiple Sploot hospitals. During the first six weeks of CAMP, the veterinarian is paired one-on-one with a senior DVM each shift and sees the same schedule while learning the full scope of DVM responsibilities. Ongoing mentorship includes protected learning blocks that taper as confidence and caseload grow. After graduating from CAMP, the veterinarian receives a formal three-month evaluation covering clinical decision-making, case management, efficiency, client communication, medical records, and nurse delegation. The starting base salary is $130,000 on a 4x10 schedule during CAMP. After CAMP, compensation follows a ProSal model with 20–22% production. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available. Sploot offers medical insurance fully paid by the employer, additional insurance options, retirement matching, paid time off and holiday leave, parental leave, continuing education support, licensing and professional expenses, an Employee Assistance Program, and employee pet benefits.
