New Grad Veterinarian

Sploot Veterinary Care•Colorado Springs, CO
•Onsite

About The Position

Sploot is hiring new graduate veterinarians in Colorado Springs, welcoming 2026 and 2027 graduates as well as fourth-year students. New graduates begin with CAMP (Coaching And Mentorship Program), a structured, one-on-one mentorship pathway intended to build clinical skills, confidence, and efficiency for independent practice. During the first six weeks, veterinarians are paired with a senior DVM each shift and see the same schedule while learning the full scope of DVM responsibilities. Continued mentorship includes protected learning blocks that taper as confidence and caseload grow. After CAMP, a three-month evaluation reviews clinical decision-making, case management, efficiency, client communication, medical records, and nurse delegation. The role spans urgent care and general practice across Sploot hospitals, supported by experienced doctors and a skilled nursing team. The position has a 4x10 schedule during CAMP and offers a starting base salary of $130,000, followed by a ProSal model with 20–22% production after CAMP.
