Sploot is hiring new graduate veterinarians in Chicago for 2026 and 2027. New graduates begin with CAMP (Coaching And Mentorship Program), a structured, one-on-one mentorship pathway designed to build clinical skills, confidence, and efficiency before independent practice. The program includes a primary mentor, an adaptive guided curriculum with knowledge and skills checks, experience across multiple Sploot hospitals, a skilled nursing team, and pre-visit triage. There are no non-compete contracts. During the first six weeks of CAMP, the veterinarian is paired one-on-one with a senior DVM each shift and sees the same schedule while learning the full scope of DVM responsibilities. Continued mentorship includes protected learning blocks that taper as confidence and caseload grow. After CAMP, a three-month evaluation reviews clinical decision-making, case management, efficiency, client communication, medical records, and nurse delegation. The role offers urgent care and general practice experience.
