Sploot is hiring new graduate veterinarians in Salt Lake City, welcoming 2026 and 2027 graduates as well as fourth-year students. New graduates start with CAMP (Coaching And Mentorship Program), a structured, one-on-one mentorship pathway designed to develop clinical skills, confidence, and efficiency for independent practice. The program includes a primary mentor, an adaptable curriculum with knowledge and skills checks, experience across multiple Sploot hospitals, and support from experienced doctors and a skilled nursing team. Strong pre-visit triage helps prepare veterinarians for their appointments, and the company does not require non-compete contracts. During the first six weeks of CAMP, the veterinarian is paired one-on-one with a senior DVM each shift and sees the same schedule while learning the full scope of DVM responsibilities. After CAMP, protected learning blocks continue and taper as confidence and caseload grow. A formal evaluation three months after graduating from CAMP assesses clinical decision-making, case management, efficiency, client communication, medical records, and nurse delegation. The role offers a starting base salary of $130,000 on a 4x10 schedule during CAMP. After CAMP, compensation moves to a ProSal model with 20–22% production. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available. Sploot offers medical coverage and other insurance options, retirement matching, paid time off and leave, continuing education support, coverage of professional costs, an Employee Assistance Program, and employee pet benefits. Sploot is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications year-round.
