About The Position

Colliers is hiring a New Grad Broker to begin a career in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing. The role focuses on pursuing new and expanding business in a specific sector, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and collaboration across Colliers’ service lines. The broker will learn the business and local marketplace through networking, industry events, and client meetings.

Applicants must be graduates of a US university in Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027. They must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Colliers will not sponsor work visas. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and direct applicants only are requested.

Requirements

• Graduate from a US university program in Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027.
• Have a valid real estate license in the state of the job posting, or be willing to become licensed within six months of joining Colliers.
• Have some understanding of the real estate industry, related terminology and documentation, or other related sales experience.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Deliver excellent customer service to people at all organizational levels and external partners through clear, concise oral and written communication.
• Meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, produce high-quality deliverables, and pay attention to detail.
• Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial analysis or brokerage.
• Experience with business development and/or sales activities such as cold-calling and market research.
• Sound judgment and the ability to navigate complex business relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in a specific sector through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and identifying opportunities for other service lines.
• Create solutions and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, Equity Placement/Debt Financing, and other service-line teams, including property management.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities.
• Learn the business and local marketplace by attending local business and industry events, networking, and participating in client meetings.
