Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new car sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to maximize sales.
- Coach, train, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as legal and ethical sales practices.
