When the mission demands excellence, Itezz Inc. delivers. Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Network Security Boundaries. Manage Network Security Boundary infrastructure and any processes related to the systems. Provide support to Network Security Boundaries including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the network devices, firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, load balancers, etc. Provide Tier 1 (Basic help desk resolution) and Tier 2 (In-depth technical support) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provide support for hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process. Configure and manage network devices, firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, and load balancers and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).

Requirements

• United States Citizenship
• Position appropriate security clearance (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph)
• Five (5) years experience as a NSSA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (Five (5) years of NSSA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree)
• Meet DoD approved 8570 Baseline Certification for IAT Level II
• Possess at least one (1) of the following vendor certifications: Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall Engineer (NGFE), Sonicwall Network Security Certification (Administrator (SNSA) or Professional (SNSP)), Cisco Enterprise Certification (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE)

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Network Security Boundaries
• Manage Network Security Boundary infrastructure and any processes related to the systems
• Provide support to Network Security Boundaries including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the network devices, firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, load balancers, etc.

• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of Information Technology Network Security Boundaries
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using Network Security Boundaries
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
