This role involves reviewing, developing, and designing technology systems in collaboration with FMOLHS IS Architects. The System Administrator will assist in developing and complying with standards for documentation, end-user instructions, computer deployment, ticket logging, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting systems, as well as monitoring technology systems for optimal performance and configurations. The position requires working with supervisors and architecture teams to specialize in an area and become a subject matter expert (SME). The role also involves preparing and contributing to knowledge bases, staying current with industry trends, and ensuring system and software security in cooperation with security administrators. Additionally, the System Administrator will be responsible for preventative maintenance, data protection, backup/restore, and availability features, developing and implementing data-driven performance improvement methodologies, and ensuring the security, integrity, and privacy of FMOLHS data.
