About The Position

Responsible to provide onsite management and coordination of the installation team on Stiles projects. This role involves independent onsite management of projects, fulfillment of contractually agreed installation terms, and instructing the installation team in product-specific features. The Site Manager will oversee subcontractors, coordinate with the Project Manager on project milestones, and be responsible for problem-solving and driving resolution of any installation issues. Key responsibilities include budget management for project site activities, leading internal and external meetings, and documenting processes and progress in weekly reports. Additionally, the role requires managing suppliers for cost adjustments and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Technical education including, but not limited to: master craftsman, mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Experience as a site manager for complex machines and systems, preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Willingness to travel domestically / internationally
  • Computer Skills
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail w/follow-through
  • MS Office Suite
  • Proprietary systems as required
  • Understanding of American and Metric measurements.
  • Knowledge of panel processing and/or furniture/cabinet production

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are in place and being adhered to
