This position is based in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include: Develop and implement business plans to grow business in the channel for customers and the company. Proactively identify opportunities for channel expansion and innovation. Develop and implement annual account business plans; maintain and develop customer relationships and clear communication across functions & business unit. Communicate project updates, business performance and proactively establish corrective action if/when necessary Act as a principal consultant to customers and the business unit in relation to industry knowledge, market research and education. Responsible for managing, forecasting, attaining and exceeding identified monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume goals. Conduct internal and external business reviews to measure, evaluate and present sales performance of the channel. Complete competitive market assessments understand opportunities and create unique customer connections within the channel.
