About The Position

Responsible to provide onsite management and coordination of the installation team on Stiles projects.

Requirements

• Technical education including, but not limited to: master craftsman, mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office programs
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Willingness to travel domestically / internationally
• Computer Skills
• Self-Starter
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail w/follow-through
• MS Office Suite
• Proprietary systems as required
• Understanding of American and Metric measurements.
• Knowledge of panel processing and/or furniture/cabinet production

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a site manager for complex machines and systems, preferred

Responsibilities

• Independent onsite management of projects
• Management and coordination of the installation team
• Fulfillment of the contractually agreed installation terms
• Instructing the installation team in product-specific features
• Oversee subcontractors on the project site
• Coordinate with Project Manager on project milestones
• Problem-solve and drive resolution of any installation issues
• Recording and tracking of quality and defects
• Budget responsibility for project site activities
• Leading internal installation meetings and meetings with suppliers and customers
• Documentation of processes and progress in weekly reports
• Responsible for supplier management to additional/reduced cost management for the installation scopes
• Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are in place and being adhered to
