About The Position

Total Quality Logistics is hiring a National Sales Recruiter to find sales talent nationwide. The recruiter owns the full candidate search and interview process while managing the needs of a dedicated on-site hiring manager. The role focuses on building relationships, generating candidate flow, conducting phone screens, coordinating candidates from sourcing through offer, and supporting a seamless initial onboarding experience. Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless.
Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
Process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork accurately.
