The National Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of national marketing initiatives that support division growth, community launches, and an exceptional customer experience across all consumer touchpoints. This position plays a key role in supporting division growth through campaign execution, digital marketing initiatives, community launch planning, marketing technology projects, and startup toolkits, ensuring division teams are equipped for consistent and efficient execution. The role also manages centralized marketing resources, templates, and SharePoint assets to support alignment, accessibility, and operational efficiency across markets. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Sr. Communications Manager, IT, Sales, and Division Marketing teams, this role translates national marketing strategy into local execution while ensuring consistent brand and customer experience across all markets.
