About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and mission-driven Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and demand across states that administer ELD assessments. This role is ideal for a marketer with strong storytelling, campaign development, and project management skills or a former educator ready to bring their knowledge of multilingual learners into a dynamic marketing role. You’ll own regional campaigns, support key conferences, and help bring the voices of educators and students to life through compelling content and outreach. Territory: USA. The candidate must reside in the USA and be willing to travel nationally as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the EdTech industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the needs of multilingual learners is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (a plus)
  • Knowledge of K–12 education, whether through professional experience or direct work with educators and school districts
  • Background in EL/ML education or bilingual program leadership
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns targeting decision-makers in select districts (e.g., superintendents, EL directors, curriculum specialists).
  • Segment campaigns by region to reflect local priorities and demographics.
  • Write and launch email, ad, and social media content to attract and nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Identify high-potential districts and execute targeted outreach using digital ads, webinars, geotargeting, and personalized communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on messaging, timing, and follow-up for top-tier accounts.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
  • Report on KPIs and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Travel to attend and support key conferences and events.
  • Help coordinate booth logistics, lead capture, and on-site engagement strategies.
