As a National Industrial Account Manager, you’ll be part of our Industrial NAC/Field team working as a remote employee. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, including relationship building, listing presentations, execution, POS forecasting, business reviews, and promotional planning. You will cultivate and manage relationships with key distribution customer stakeholders, identify key end-user conversion opportunities, implement strategy at the headquarters level, and partner with sellers and the Industrial Account Manager team to execute in the field. You will develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key personnel within assigned accounts through regular planning and communication. You will drive new product listings and execute promotional rollout plans to achieve national exposure for launches. You will negotiate annual customer VBA agreements and review business performance monthly and quarterly to ensure growth targets are achieved. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Channel, Finance, Supply Chain, Forecasting/Demand Planning, and Credit, to ensure consistency and transparency in communication. You will work with Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute field programs, events, promotions, and training initiatives that drive sales and educate end users on SBD product lines. You will coordinate and execute field support plans with the Industrial Account Manager team while effectively managing marketing, promotional, and T&E budgets and maintaining awareness of competitive activity.
