About The Position

AIM Honeycomb is seeking a high-performing, results-driven, business development professional to drive national growth strategy, expand our supplier network, and strengthen our presence across key markets throughout the United States. This is a high-impact role that combines sales, supplier relationship management, and market development. The National Accounts Manager will engage directly with automotive recyclers, auto dismantling and salvage yards, automotive groups, and industrial accounts across the country. The role involves building trusted supplier relationships, securing strategic commercial partnerships, and positioning Honeycomb as the preferred catalyst recycling and recovery partner. The position is responsible for expanding Honeycomb's national supplier network and securing supply across the United States through strategic account development, direct supplier engagement, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who thrives in the field, proactively identifies and pursues new business opportunities, and delivers measurable business results. This is a remote position with national travel (up to 60%).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales, national account management, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, developing, and growing strategic or national accounts.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a remote and field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 60%.
  • High proficiency with CRM tools and ability to leverage data and analytics to drive growth.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, and secure long-term purchasing agreements, toll refining contracts, and strategic supply partnerships that drive volume, margin, and profitability.
  • Drive national sourcing initiatives focused on automotive and related catalyst or precious metal-bearing materials.
  • Prospect, develop, and convert new supplier relationships while expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead bids, structure competitive tolling agreements, and negotiate pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to supplier locations, including auto recyclers, auto dismantlers, scrap processors, and industrial accounts throughout the U.S.
  • Develop territory and account growth plans through routine face-to-face engagement and proactive account development.
  • Strengthen supplier trust through transparency, consistent communication, and consistent relationship management.
  • Represent AIM Honeycomb at tradeshows, conferences, and supplier visits to expand market share.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to optimize pricing, margins, and growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, administration, and finance to ensure seamless commercial execution.
  • Leverage supplier feedback and field intelligence to drive continuous improvement in commercial performance, service offerings, and supplier satisfaction.
  • Use and leverage CRM, analytics, and market intelligence to manage pipeline activity, forecast supply volumes, identify growth opportunities, and drive commercial performance.
  • Serve as the primary commercial representative for AIM Honeycomb within assigned national accounts and strategic supplier relationships.
