About The Position

Frankston Packaging Company is a multi-site packaging manufacturer providing custom flexible packaging and label solutions to a diverse customer base. With decades of industry experience and a reputation for quality and service, we are seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our flexible packaging and label business and strengthen customer relationships across our territory. Frankston Packaging offers more than products—we deliver integrated solutions. Our flexible platform, combined with RFID expertise, allows our sales team to bring differentiated value to customers across food, consumer goods, and specialty markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging, labels, printing, or a related manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of flexible packaging and label production processes, including flexographic or digital printing, film/substrate selection, and finishing/converting operations, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the flexible packaging and label markets
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop a thorough understanding of customers' packaging and labeling needs and recommend appropriate flexible packaging or label solutions (e.g., pouches, rollstock, shrink sleeves, pressure-sensitive labels)
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production teams to ensure accurate quoting and on-time delivery
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and sample materials to prospective and current clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the company's CRM
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals
• Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit production facilities
