About The Position

The National Account Manager will own ZURU Toys' North American drug channel, leading business with major national drugstore chains. The role sets channel strategy, manages senior buyer relationships, and is accountable for account performance, profitability, and partnership quality. Because much of the drug channel's volume comes from seasonal, out-of-aisle, and secondary placements, the role requires building programs that suit retailers and their shoppers. Initially, the role will provide dedicated focus to the drug channel, build trusted senior relationships with buyers and directors, and ensure current programs deliver. Over time, the National Account Manager will build strong positions with channel partners, increase seasonal and secondary placements year over year, and develop a clear, scalable channel strategy. ZURU describes its work environment as fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and office-first by design. Some flexibility may be available depending on the role, location, and business needs, but most roles are office-based.
