About The Position

The National Account Manager for Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and supporting delivery of federal and state vegetation management services across complex public-sector and large-scale service markets nationwide. The role leads business development, account management, contract acquisition, and customer engagement, serving as a liaison among customers, operational leadership, and executive management. The position identifies and pursues opportunities aligned with ArborWorks’ services, particularly government-funded natural resource, emergency response, land management, and infrastructure programs. It develops strategic customer relationships, supports competitive pricing and proposals, and helps position the company for long-term success in federal and state contracting. The role may also support emerging markets and strategic growth initiatives as business needs evolve. This is a hybrid role involving field, customer-site, home-office, and corporate-office work. Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel, is required as business needs dictate. Work may involve varying weather, uneven terrain, active vegetation management and utility-right-of-way sites, and occasional extended hours to support customers, operations, deadlines, or emergency response.
